Six builds, start to finish.

The problem as the client described it, what got built, and what the numbers did afterwards.

Case 01NeatBooks360 Bookkeeping firm serving a multi-state restaurant franchise group Miami, FL

Daily sales for 50 stores, posted to dozens of ledgers, with zero manual entry.

Problem

Fifty franchise locations across New York, Florida, and California, each with its own QuickBooks company. A bookkeeping team losing whole days a week to copying sales and supplier invoices before any real work could start.

Build

A publishing cron that posts every store's daily sales into the right ledger at 5:30pm Eastern, with a health check that pages if a night is missed. A supplier-invoice pipeline that downloads each invoice, parses the line items, posts it as a Bill or Vendor Credit, and attaches the source PDF to the transaction, on a zero-touch semi-monthly close. A vision-model fallback so the system heals itself when a vendor portal changes.

Case 02Mana Life LLCAnanda Sky Yoga and AKASHA California, studio plus activewear ecommerce San Diego, CA

From no books at all to reconciled QuickBooks and a payroll that runs itself.

Problem

A yoga studio and an activewear brand under one LLC, with no QuickBooks file, a payroll provider nobody had wired to the books, and class data sitting in a scheduling system. The owner could not answer a cash question without disappearing into spreadsheets.

Build

QuickBooks set up from zero and every pending bank transaction categorized in three passes. A biweekly payroll cycle that pulls each teacher's classes from the studio's scheduling system, enters the hours into QuickBooks Payroll, and leaves the run as a draft for the owner to review and submit. A weekly bank reconciliation through the QuickBooks API with a drift monitor behind it. The Shopify storefront wired to the site with a full test order verified end to end.

Case 03Capture Digital Marketing Fractional CMO practice serving clients nationally Jupiter, FL

Permanent outbound infrastructure. Not campaigns.

Problem

A fractional CMO building an acquisition engine for his practice wanted something he could point at any new client and turn on. Not a campaign that ends when the engagement ends.

Build

A serverless CRM app wiring reply classification, calendar bookings, stage automation, and twice-weekly LinkedIn drops into one owned pipeline. Hardcoded templates, send caps, recipient blocklists, and a full audit trail on disk.

Case 04Filed, Inc.Venture-backed operations team across nine functional groups

Notion and ClickUp collapsed into one system of record, and meetings that file themselves.

Problem

Several small teams running project management in Notion and ClickUp at the same time, with no single source of truth. Every meeting produced a transcript and none of it landed anywhere useful, so action items aged out in the recording tool.

Build

A migration of both tools into Airtable as the one system of record, scoped and shipped inside a week to hit a launch date. Then a pipeline from the meeting recorder into Airtable: every recording writes a knowledge-base record and opens one task per action item, with the owner matched by name across the whole roster and each task linked back to the recording at its timestamp.

Case 05Stolanic USA Miami-based distributor selling to dealers, designers, and contractors

A bilingual B2B ordering portal, live on the distributor's own domain.

Problem

Orders arriving by email and message, six customer types on different price lists, products sold in two thicknesses, and a customer base split between English and Spanish. Nothing a spreadsheet could keep straight.

Build

A customer portal on the distributor's domain: the full catalog with real photography, per-thickness SKUs behind one selector, per-customer-type pricing, English and Spanish throughout including the emails, customer self-signup with an admin approval queue, and every order rendered to PDF and emailed to accounting and sales. Nightly database backups.

Case 06Fathers Eve National events brand, part of the Johnny Franchise family

An events site rebuilt inside its own CRM, with no copy locked in code.

Problem

A brand whose existing sites were single code blocks nobody on the team could edit, with three genuinely different visitors, hosts, attendees, and sponsors, all being sent to one wide page.

Build

Ten pages built natively inside the brand's GoHighLevel account so the team can edit every word. Roughly 1,660 native elements and only 26 custom-code blocks, with zero copy inside code. Three narrow doors, one per visitor type, each with a single call to action that ends in a conversation with the founder.
